EagleLINKS Portal Online Help: Network Access

Your CSU account allows you to access the following network resources:

Your Coppin email
Computers on campus
Your Personal folder or "H: drive"
Web Hosting Resources

Changing Your CSU Account Password:

Faculty and staff may change their CSU account passwords on or off-campus.

The CSU Account Manager can be accessed at https://eaglepass.coppin.edu. Please follow the instructions below.

Enter your username, then click Submit
Answer the three questions:
- BIRTHDATE - you must enter the forward slash, Ex: 01/03/1970
- EAGLELINKS ID - this is the 7 digit number on your id card.
- ZIP Code - use the zip code of your home address on file at Coppin State University.
Choose and confirm your personal password. The requirements for your password are:
- 8 or more characters
- At least 1 capital letter
- At least 1 lower case letter
- At least 1 number
- Please do not use your first name, last name or username.
- Please do not reuse previous passwords.
Click Submit. If you receive at least one failure notification, you must re-enter your information.
